Thailand's child protection standard for tourism
A mark that tells you children are safe in this place
Child Safe Friendly Tourism is the standard that protects children from trafficking and every form of sexual exploitation across Thailand's tourism industry.
What this programme is
One standard, held in common
Our team comes from government, from non-governmental organisations, and from the tourism industry itself. We work to build the skills of the people who staff Thailand's hotels and tour operators, so that they play a decisive part in keeping every child safe.
The sexual exploitation of children and the trafficking that feeds it damage Thailand's reputation and the confidence of the people who visit. That is a challenge no single organisation can solve, and it needs a clear, shared answer.
